The Experience
Your adventure begins at the agreed-upon time, departing from the port of Limni. A perfect moment to set sail is just before sunset, heading towards Captain Stratos' evening fishing grounds. The catch of the day will determine your meal, which may include the famed Euboean crayfish. Depending on the time you can also participate in pulling up the nets using traditional methods, always prioritizing safety. As you navigate the waters, Captain Stratos will share the area's secrets and guide you to one of the secluded beaches nestled along the mountain's coast. Take some time to unwind, swim in the crystal-clear waters, and prepare a delectable feast of fresh seafood and local produce, such as organic olive oil and tomatoes from Captain Stratos' garden, all accompanied by regional wines or spirits. The people
Stratos, is a third-generation fisherman, born and raised in Limni. He started helping his father since the age of 14, while his passion for fishing led him wanting to disseminate the knowledge and experience of fishing to others.
