Following the hotel's renovation, we installed state-of-the-art insulation to reduce energy consumption. Additionally, we replaced all outdated electrical appliances with energy-efficient alternatives. For water heating, we rely on solar panels and thermal tubes, ensuring a steady supply of warm water throughout the year without increasing our carbon footprint. Even our garden lights have been upgraded to eco-friendly options. In our restaurant, we take pride in sourcing local, seasonal ingredients and cultivating personal relationships with regional producers. This approach not only enhances the flavors of our dishes but also supports the local economy and reduces the environmental impact of transporting goods. To further our commitment to sustainability, we utilize zero-waste techniques and grow some of our herbs in our own garden.

Recently, we completed a specialized training program from the Bodossakis Foundation and Coca-Cola Foundation, equipping us with the knowledge and tools to implement composting and optimize our recycling efforts. We understand that there is still room for improvement, but we are confident in the strides we have made thus far.
